Will my website rank on the first page of Google?
We can’t promise first-page rankings, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We build properly structured websites that help search engines understand your services and make it easier for visitors to contact you. Search visibility and enquiries depend on competition, demand and other factors.
Can I see my homepage before paying?
Yes. We prepare a personalized homepage preview for your business before you make a payment. It is a concept preview, not a published five-page website.
Is there a contract?
Yes, the initial commitment is 12 months. Monthly billing is $30 CAD per month, or you can pay $300 CAD annually. Your base subscription price is guaranteed for 24 months.
What if I permanently close my business?
With 30 days' written notice and confirmation of a genuine permanent closure, future subscription payments after the effective cancellation date are waived. Hosting ends, and the website files are not transferred under this special exception. Your separate rights to your domain, original content and customer data remain unaffected.
Do I have to use the CRM?
No. We can send contact form and quote requests straight to your business email. CRM access is an optional included convenience.
Can I request changes to my website?
Yes. Up to one hour per month of minor content changes is included, subject to the service scope. Properly submitted eligible requests are normally completed within 72 hours. Unused time does not roll over.
What happens if I cancel before the initial 12 months?
For standard early cancellation, the remaining contractual balance is payable to receive transferable site files, subject to your ownership rights and applicable law. A separate exception is available for confirmed permanent business closure.
What are Nailly Coins, and what can I use them for?
Nailly Coins are loyalty reward credits, not cash. Every active month of paid hosting earns you 5 Nailly Coins, including when you pay annually. You can also earn 90 Nailly Coins for an eligible business referral, with more ways to earn through your Client Portal. 1 Nailly Coin = $1 CAD in credit toward eligible one-time website upgrades and web services from Nailed It Systems. Coins cannot be withdrawn as cash or used to pay hosting subscriptions. Unused coins are forfeited if you cancel your hosting account.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. The domain should be registered in your name. Standard .CA or .COM first-year registration is included with annual payment; renewals are extra.
